
Management structure was established in accordance with principles outlined by Berkley Consulting and approved by the board of directors. A decentralized district management system, with strong centralized support was implemented in January 2007.
With a tenants' service mandate, the districts are supported by Operations, Asset Management, Finance and Corporate Services.
CUPE 543.6 is recognized as the bargaining agent for CHC bargaining employees. A three year collective agreement has been established which covers the years 2007- 2009.
