Organizational Structure

Management structure was established in accordance with principles outlined by Berkley Consulting and approved by the board of directors. A decentralized district management system, with strong centralized support was implemented in January 2007.

With a tenants' service mandate, the districts are supported by Operations, Asset Management, Finance and Corporate Services.

CUPE 543.6 is recognized as the bargaining agent for CHC bargaining employees. A three year collective agreement has been established which covers the years 2007- 2009.

CHC utilizes a decentralized management approach to deliver services directly and quickly to our customers and partners. We centralize functions for efficiency, but are mindful of the needs of delivering directly in our neighbourhoods.

Under the guidance of our board of directors, we will deliver on performance measurements while upholding our vision and values. We will move our corporation forward in innovative and strategic ways, to improve our communities, our employees and our partners.
