I have a medical emergency or fire in the building

In case of fire always call 911 first.
In case of medical emergencies always call 911.
In case of security emergencies call 911.

What is a Maintenance EMERGENCY?

• Fire in your unit or the building
• Flooding in your unit or the building
• Death in your unit or the building
• Electrical Outage in your unit or the building

During regular office hours phone the Tenant Reporting Line at 519-254-1681 press "1". If the answering machine picks up, please press "0" and relay your information to our main office receptionist.

After regular office hours (8:30 AM to 4:00 PM) telephone the after hours Maintenance Emergencies Number at 519-973-4469.

Always remember all medical emergencies, fire, security matters call 911!
