On August 8, 2016 a realignment to the way we provide customer service through our Community Relations Workers (CRW) was carried out. We have advised all residents affected by staff additions and realignments.
As a reminder to our stakeholders, partners, and agency supports, Windsor Essex CHC CRW’s are available to help residents in matters which may affect their well-being. Windsor Essex CHC, Community Relations Workers, acts as an advocate for CHC residents through visits, consultations and referrals to other agencies in an attempt to resolve resident concerns and help residents in our communities.
Mike Pocock, our CRW in the Glengarry Neighbourhood, will be retiring in late August. We wish Mike well on this new journey.
