Phone services to all CHC offices including our main office, district site offices, The Central Housing Registry (CHR) have been restored.
CHC and CHR will continue to returns all non urgent calls received during our 48 hours of service disruption. We appreciate your patience and recognize there is a delay in returning your calls.
You can resume using our phone system to leave messages for general maintenance concerns by following the prompts provided. Our after hours emergency maintenance line will revert back to only being answered at the close of business day.
You may also choose to use our e-services portal found on our website to place a maintenance request or request customer service. A tracking number is provided to you and you will receuve a confirming email.
