IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CHC SERVICE LEVELS

Temporary Public Health Measures  will be  in place for a least 21 days beginning Wednesday, January 5, 2022

Windsor Essex CHC will modify services to slow the spread of COVID-19 and the highly contagious Omicron virus in our community. We will comply with the Province of Ontario’s return to the Stage 2 Roadmap for Reopening.

While some offices are closed to in-person service, residents can access services via telephone or electronic. Please visit www.wechc.com or call 519-254-1681

CHC is changing our service level to help mitigate the risk of transmission of COVID-19 within our community. These changes will impact our response, and wait times may be longer than usual.

CHC’s MAIN OFFICE (945 McDougall Street) will remain open to the public with limited capacity.

  • Advanced screening of all visitors to the CHC Main office will be in effect.
  • Appointments for signing leases and delivering keys for new residents are preferred.
