Information on how to make an application for housing with Windsor Essex Community Housing Corporations social housing programs or our market rent units is available here.

Windsor Essex CHC operates three distinct housing programs:

Affordable rental housing for low-income seniors
Non-profit housing for families, singles and persons with disabilities
Request for Accessibility Accomodation (Current Residents)
Rent-Geared-To-Income housing for persons in need throughout Windsor and Essex County

All rental inquiries concerning the above housing programs must be directed to The Central Housing Registry.

There is a waiting list for this type of housing at CHC. The rent is determined by your income. The waiting list is managed by Central Housing Registry Windsor Essex County.

CHR WEC provides co-ordinates access to a centralized waiting list to all providers of RGI units.
