Meadowbrook Place: Ready for Tenancy!
Meadowbrook Place is CHC’s new 145-unit development and Ontario’s largest Passive House!
It is a mixed-income development that offers bachelor, one and three-bedroom suites, including many that are barrier free. It responds to the housing need in Windsor; helps reduce our carbon footprint; and will operate without the need for additional government funding.
Suites are available for market-rate, subsidized and affordable market rental.

Subsidized and affordable market rent suites
Tenants for the affordable and subsidized units will come off the waitlist. Five of the 40 subsidized suites have been allocated to tenants referred through our community partners. The remaining 35 subsidized suites are initially being offered to individuals who have been on the Central Housing Registry (CHR) waitlist for an extended period of time.
Twelve of the 36 available affordable market units at Meadowbrook Place have been allocated to tenants referred from our community partners according to our funding agreements. The remaining 24 units are initially being offered to individuals who are on the CHR waitlist.
