United Way’s Seniors Outreach 2016 campaign gets a kick start with an early pledge from Caesars Windsor. Proceeds from Caesars’ corporate gift will support a Life After Fifty program that prevents isolation amongst low income seniors. Last year, United Way’s Senior Outreach strategy helped 759 seniors in Windsor and Essex County.

Windsor Fire Fighters from Fire Hall #1 will be lighting up the grill for Life After Fifty program participants and over a 100 seniors attending the Annual BBQ hosted by Windsor Essex CHC and The Community University Partnership. Ouellette Manor is home to 400 seniors and is one of the largest affordable housing apartment buildings in the City of Windsor ( FYI- and tallest, at 24
