program provides housing to Subsidy: Operating
families in the City of Windsor 2,414,579
and County of Essex at both
affordable market rents and
on a rent-geared-to-income
(RGI) basis. About 40% of this
program is affordable market
rent while 60% is dedicated Insurance Premiums Professional
to the RGI program. The 86,275 Fees Salaries, Wages
program receives municipal 46,046 and Benefits
funding through a set HSA Municipal Taxes 894,975
subsidy formula.
