A long-standing advocate for housing equity and neighbourhood revitalisation, Fabio brings over 15 years of public service experience— most recently serving as Ward 2 City Councillor for West Windsor. Throughout his career, he has led initiatives that promote safe, inclusive, and thriving communities across our region. As the CEO, he guides CHC in maintaining its vision and delivering innovative housing solutions.
