Thanksgiving Office Closure
All CHC offices will be closed on Monday, October 12, for Thanksgiving. Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday, October 13.
Our Team consists of Social Workers, Community Relations Workers and a Community Development Coordinator.
We are passionate about enhancing the lives of CHC’s tenants and are committed to:
- Advocacy for Tenants: Championing tenant rights and ensuring equitable treatment in all housing processes. Providing tenant supports and community referrals.
- Building Relationships: Fostering strong relationships with tenants to create a sense of belonging and community. Including information fairs, and other community events
- Connecting with Community Partners: Collaborating with local organizations to connect tenants with valuable resources and opportunities, strengthening our community network.
Through a variety of events and programs, we aim to create inclusive spaces where every tenant feels valued and heard.
